and any business use is strictly prohibited. The user must not use bruh-clips
to violate any laws which include but are not limited to copyright laws.
The users uses bruh-clips at his own risk and understands that files uploaded on bruh-clips are
not private, they may be displayed for others to view and download, and he understands and
agrees that bruh-clips cannot be responsible for the content uploaded
on its web site and he nonetheless may be exposed to such materials and that he uses bruh-clips
at his own risk.
With uploading a clip the user agrees that their IP address is transmitted to MaxMind Inc for geolocalisation.
